We just purchased a 2004 Pacifica. All of the sales staff we encountered were helpful and not too pushy. We knew what we wanted which made it easier on everyone. The staff took care of everything from finance to DMV. All we had to do was to swap keys (since we had a trade in) , sign some papers and drive away.
I also own a Dodge Ram 1500 which need some parts. I called another local Dodge dealer and got the run-around. I happened to be right near Dutchess Dodge remembering I need a part. I stopped in to see if they had it in stock. Not only did they have it, it was not even close to what the other dealer was trying to describe to me over
the phone. I got my part and was back in business. The parts Tech knew his business! So far I give this Dealer a big thumbs up. We haven't had to have anything serviced there yet but I hope is a pleasurable as our other 2 experiences.
