The parts manager is an idiot. Fixed ops guy named Oscar Palma tried to fix
the situation he's a moron too. After buying (prepaid) the wrong part. I went
back 5 more times to retain the right part. After the 5th trip I demanded my
money back. I was told they needed to send me a refund check...I’m still
waiting for that check 5 weeks later. Lawsuit coming!!!!!!!
I bought the part from a dealer in San Jose CA. The next day. it was correct
and at half the price. This dealer is the worst and I mean worst dodge dealer
I ever dealt with.

I bought a used Kia Sedona Van that had been through there 121 point inspection.
As soon as I drove the vehicle 10 miles away the "check engine light"
came on. Next I found out the air conditioner didn't work and the engine was
making noise. I made 3 service appointment and drove over 250 miles round trip
each visit to have them keep me there all day and do nothing to the van. These
people are the most rude and unprofessional group I have ever seen in my life.
Curtis in Service was a lying jerk and Frank is sales was as evil a person as
I ever want to meet. They finally allowed me to return the van but kept $800.
of my money. I couldn't sell the van in that condition but Tobin Dodge sure
thought that is was OK for them to. Out of 50 phone calls to the dealership
they maybe returned 5 calls. What a joke!!! You couldn't give me that dealership
its to satanic. How they became a 5 star dealer must be Daddy's money!

I did not use caps on towbins name because this dealership dose not warrant
the respect of caps on his name. They will lie to get you in. I called to find
a car in my price range. The sells lady said sure we have a nice wide range
of cars in that price range. I drove 20 miles across
town. They had one car and said they don't have a title for it so they cant
sell it. But we can get you into this other car that was three times the price
I wanted to pay. I have five people in my family that I know will never go there.
I am in in the casino biz and if anyone that I know is looking
for a car, I will never talk good about towbin Dodge.

I went to buy a car at Towbin Dodge after watching the show. Actually I went
also because of the great deals that they seemed to have in the weekly flier.
The first time I contacted them was emailing a salesman on a 2003 Honda Accord
listed online. I got nowhere fast after getting email after email from the salesman
about other cars I was not interested in. I told him all I wanted was the price
and finally called only to find out the car never existed, supposedly it was
posted online by accident. So when I had a free day I went down to look at some
used cars in person.
They were there as soon as I opened my door. After again not finding cars that
where in their flier they tried to push some new cars on me. The "bait
and switch" alarms went off in my head and I left. The two things I didn't
like is
1. At first I only wanted to find the price of a car and they responded
with nothing but deals and more deals of cars that I was not interested in.
I finally had to block their email address.
2. They don't have the used cars they advertise in the flier. This is
a classic bait and switch and I don't know how they keep getting away with it.

This company said that they could help my brother-in-law with a truck, but because
his credit was not that good he needed a co-signer. I applied to be a co-signer
with the help of the sales person that was helping him, but because I have recently
purchased a new truck myself they couldn't approve him. Now I am receiving phone
calls from more than four (at this moment) different sales people. Each time
I have told them that I am not interested, but they keep calling and as far
as I am concerned harassing me for a truck that they know I cannot nor did I
want in the first place.
I am upset and will be filing against this company for the harassing phone calls
and I feel that they even may be discriminating against my brother-in-law who
is a double below the knee amputee. Everyone I know that as dealt with this
company has nothing good to say about them or their sales people and I feel
that if they were not on Television that this company would not be doing the
business that is says it does.

My 2004 Dodge Diesel had an intermittent fuel leak from the little block device
bolted to the back of the fuel filter housing firewall side. I am a back yard
and mechanic fairly confident in my abilities. The service tech didn't want
me to show him where the leak was coming from he just said they would find it
and not to worry.
I told him that I had changed the fuel filter and O-ring the week before and
it still leaked but not from the fuel filters cap, but from the black box bolted
to the back of it. I asked what the black box was because that was what is leaking,
no one knew!
A day later I get a call and they tell me it was a bad o-ring on the fuel filter
cap and the existing one looked like the original. I told them it was only a
week old and that was not where the leak was coming from. They insisted it is
fixed, so I paid $130 for a fuel filter and O-ring.
Since the problem is intermittent I won't know until it happens again. I was
promised it that wasn't the problem they would take care of me, but I have my
doubts.

Me and my girlfriend went to this dealership because of the commercials and
them being #1 in the nation. We figured that we would get the best deal with
these people. We were so wrong. It was insane how bad we were treated. All they
do is lie and try to get you into a payment that is ridiculous and tell you
how you can make it work. I had to fight just to get the price down, then we
go back into finance and they try and sell me a warranty for $3,000. I looked
online and you can buy the same warranty for $1000. I bought the car a month
ago and they still haven't paid my car off (That I traded in). I am still dealing
with these people and had a horrible experience. Don't believe the hype of this
place or the stupid reality show. It is all a bunch of BULLS**T.

Towbin has a bad problem of parking cars that they are selling in the handicapped
parking places. When you tell them to move them, the song and dance is that
it is private property and the american disabilities act does not apply. You
can't park your vehicle without having somebody hanging on the door. Pushy,
does not know how to sell regular trucks, every one on the floor has been towbin
specialed, try to sell me a truck that was broke for parts in the back lot,
cannot keep track of inventory. Really a bad example of Dodge. I wonder how
they got the five star rating from Chrysler corporation. Also parts is misinformed
or clueless about the dodge line.

I was very unhappy with the services here. My aunt and uncle had bought me a
car from this dealership because we always saw their funny commercials and saw
in the news paper their great deals. The car I was originally going to purchase
was a jetta. But as soon as bryan, my sales person, turned on the vehicle is
sounded as if something was wrong with the transmission. And he still insisted
that I test drive the vehicle. Right away I told him I was unhappy with how
the vehicle sounded and explained to him, the sound of the car sounds as if
I was to buy the vehicle it would brake down, down the street barely driving
it off the lot. I asked to seek another. I did so. I came across a car I have
always wanted, 2 door honda civic. Bryan saw that I was looking as this car.
He asked if I would like to test drive this car but I explained to him I couldn't
because of insurance, and how a two door is considered a sports car. He told
me his nephew bought a two door civic because it was compact and the smaller
the vehicle the better rate he got for his insurance. I told my aunt and uncle,
they were both surprise to hear about what Bryan had said to me, and were willing
to get the honda for me. He said it would only take 30 minutes the longest 45
minutes for all the paper work to be done. He lied we were in the middle of
the paper work and it took over an hour. As we finished the paper work in the
front, we went to finance and that's when we met atia. He seemed really nice
but didn't explain a lot to us. His paper work took an hour and a half. And
oddly he only explained some of the paper work my aunt had to sign, and the
ones she had questioned about he said it was just like the one we signed before
but "there copy". She signed what she was asked to. We were finally
all done. We got home and noticed a dent on the left side door, but it wasn't
nothing we couldn't fix. We thought why should we make it a big deal then it
should be. Other than that dent everything was going great, then not even a
week later, after she bought my car, my gears were not going into place. She
contacted them and spoke to atia, he stated that we did not get a warranty with
tobin dodge, and my car was a 2004 and how we still have a warranty with the
actual dealership honda. My aunt told him not even a week ago we purchased the
car, and they should take a look at it regardless because we bought it from
them. He said they couldn't do anything about it cause it's not a dodge vehicle,
so it's not their responsibility. Than my aunt came across another problem just
recently with them. He got a the total price on the vehicle because she was
going to pay the hole car off, and it came to $19,900.00They gave us that vehicle
for $13,500.00. She than again called tobin dodge and spoke to a lady there,
who was not of great assistance. My aunt decided to go over to tobin dodge her
self. She did so, and spoke to atia. My aunt asked how the price of the vehicle's
price was capable of being $! 6,000.00 more than the price she left here satisfied
with? He stated that we signed a warranty with them the time we were signing
the papers of the car. She asked why is it when the vehicle's gears were not
working they didn't do anything about it. Atia stated it was a week that you
bought the car and the cars information was still up in the air, and there isn't
anything he could do about the price of the car now and how the price of taking
their warranty is outrageous, so it's better if we keep that price instead of
having to pay the extra money. My aunt couldn't do anything what he said. My
out comes of this vehicle are POOR. If there is anything i regret is having
my aunt take the time out of her day off from work to get me a vehicle that
we, as a family, were satisfied with when we left there, than a week later brake
down and they not wanting nothing to do with the vehicle. i wish i would have
never brought my aunt to this dishonest, rude, poor assistance, careless dealership,
(tobin dodge; henderson, N.V). But not only do i have to put bryan and atia
name that did such a poor job, but also Mike (bryan's manager).
For those of you that want to purchase a vehicle from this dealership, think
TWICE. Maybe it's just my vehicle cause it's not a dodge. But than again not
only that they put us in a position to where I couldn't afford the payment now
even if i wanted to take over the vehicle from my aunt. Their attitudes are
so poor it's sad. I never thought they would do this but then again they are
sales people. My first car and i am not happy with it. This car was everything
i dreamed of when i was little, everything i wanted. And now it's a car i regret
even coming across. How am I supposed to feel about them? I guess i am writing
all of this because i don't want anyone out there, being your first or second
car, feeling like i am because you bought the vehicle. But i know all i can
do is hold my head up, smile, have faith. and to let others out there know about
what happened and to make sure my situation don't fall into your hands. just
be careful!! thank you for! reading this. (i hope i helped you think about your
decisions.) ~k

Called service department to schedule an oil change. Arrived the morning of
my appointment, told them I would be waiting for my truck, they told me it would
be 30-45 minutes. I waited in the customer lounge, there is a window to their
service bay in there. They didn't even pull my truck into the bay for two and
a half hours. When they finally pulled it in, one guy popped the hood and started
to drain the oil, and left it like that for another 45 minutes. All in all,
a 30-45 minute oil change took almost five hours, and my whole workday was shot.
I don't think I will return there for service, nor recommend them to anyone.

They say they chop prices and will give you the good deal but they weren't willing
to come down nothing on the price at all on the new dodge grand caravans. They
say oh yeah your score is good enough to get 0% financing when we gave them
our score which ended up being 30 pts lower then what it actually was. They
get us through we try to make a deal with them they're like if we give u 0%
we cant give any money off then they come back after running our credit which
is considered by almost every bank to be preferred they tell us the best rate
they can get us if they add a person is 11% and if I wanted to do it by myself
I'd be consider 2nd chance financing at 17% that's beyond ridiculous how they
try to get you a deal. All they care about is were the #1 seller in vegas. I
don't see how and why someone would want to go to a dealership that is like

I was interested in buying a Dodge Viper, and Tobin had one of the few for sale
in the area. My wife and I new what we would pay for the car and we gave the
sales manager the exact numbers of what we would pay and what the other dealers
would sell their Vipers for. After the usual back and forth games they finally
said they would make the deal, then after signing an offer sheet the manager
came back and said the car would be more than the agreed price and to take it
or leave it! I told him that he was wasting my time and that our talks were
over. The manager followed us to the door and said you'll be sorry and you'll
be back in a very snippy tone, and then said you "you just wasted my time" I
looked back and said no you wasted mine and I will not be back to buy this car
but you just don't get it! I did buy a different Viper for a much better price
and I have taken it to tobin three times for repairs, the first was a sensor
replacement the second was for warranty work and they some how did not record
my appt. so I had to come back another day. The third was was again to get the
warranty work done and they said I would have to leave the car over nite. When
I picked the car up the next day the car had 5 miles more than when I left it
and they had no reason to even drive the car at all also the back tires had
deep gouges in them that had not been there, this told me that someone took
the car out and they were doing burn outs! (real nice huh?) The only thing I
can say good about the dealership is the guy in parts helped me with extra keys
for the car that listed at $96.00 each, he found me a blank key that was the
same for only $7.00.

Was shopping for a 2001 Dodge 2500 w/ Cummins engine. I test drove twice and
they were like pirhanna each time. Trying to get me to sign anything just to
keep you there. They were desperate to hook me in, "Chopper" was unleashed on
me and I had to tell him to go away. Yet, I gave them a third chance when I
finally decided that this was the truck I wanted. The sales tactics were deceitful
and brutal. They told me what a "good deal" they were giving me and how lucky
I was, etc. Since I am not a fool I already had the wholesale and retail values
for my trade-in and their cost off the internet. This REALLY ticked them off.
After a couple of hours of hard bargaining it APPEARED that I was close to getting
a decent deal. When they brought out an offer that looked okay (I was also paying
cash), I had the nerve to read the fine print and do the math. Buried in the
figures I noticed that they were actually stealing my trade-in because the cash
price plus trade-in was $5,000 HIGHER than I had agreed to. I immediately told
them that we were done and I was leaving. They Sales Manager had the nerve to
shout insults at me across the showroom floor.
A week later bought the exact truck I wanted through Costco's auto program at
Desert Dodge. They gave me high book for my trade in, it took only 1 hour to
complete the deal--including test drive time, and they came down on the Costco
price another $800.
Since Towbin is much closer to my home I have used their service department
a couple of times for warranty work. They have fixed most things the first time,
but not always. I would definitely NEVER use them for a repair I was actually
paying for.
The Cummins engine is great, but I fear that the rest of the truck will fall
apart around it.

I bought a 2002 Jeep Liberty from them and I told the dealer that I did not
want to spend more than $24,000. So we test drove a few and then we go inside
to try and work out a deal. The $24,000 I thought I was financing turned into
$28,000 after the guy told me I didn't have to pay sales tax and that I would
get a $500.00 dollar rebate. Well I got nailed with the tax, and a $4,000.00
dollar mark up, on top of the $3000.00 dollar down payment that didn't even
take away from the $28000.00 I ended up financing. Then to top it off they acted
like they were doing me a favor by shopping around for a better interest rate.
So I called them and asked them about were my $3,000.00 dollars was applied
they got scared because no contract had been turned in and they turned in the
old one when the new one with a lower interest rate was being sent back to them.
Unfortunately I am upside down in a vehicle that I love but will probably not
be able to keep unless I want to loose my butt over it. I can't even refinance
it because I owe more than its worth! They are the crappiest dealership I have

The sales department are con men, rude and should be jailed for their guerilla

After seeing the dealership's commercials on TV, thought it would be a pretty
good place to start looking for a Dodge Caravan. The first salesman we dealt
with couldn't speak English very well. We weren't sure if he knew what we wanted
or if when we asked questions about the vehicle, he knew what we were talking
about. We asked how much the vehicle was going to cost and that is when a new
guy, one with a pinkie ring came out and started talking fast. He wanted us
to sign an agreement to buy just so we could see the MSRP. I asked him to just
tell us how much the vehicle cost so we could make an educated decision between
the Caravan and some other vehicles. He never did tell us how much the vehicle
would cost and he said, "nobody does business like that".

If you have a recall repair don't let them take your Consumer card that comes
with the recall letter. It is so you can tell DaimlerChrysler how you were treated
and if the work was done right. Service guy asked to see mine and when I did

a change of address, I don't have stupid on my forehead. I told the service
man I knew what the card was for and to give it back to me. He then told me
no they were going to fill it out and send it in. The fight over that card isn't
over yet! The recall was for a windshield wiper pivot arm and they have had
my van for 3 days now. I am HOT! I had to deal with them once before and got
