bought there=yes, scv_there=yes, I originally purchased a used Nissan vehicle with the remainder of the original warranty from Nevada Dodge. I had problems from the start. I had to take the truck to the Nissan Dealer to have a repair done, where I was told the vehicle was not under warranty because it had been in an accident or some kind of work done from the cab of the tail gate and they would not warranty it. Nevada Dodge did not want to do anything about it until I needed to sign a new the finance application. I got them to take the truck back and I was out the trade in (they all ready sold it) and I had nothing. I did buy a 2001 Dodge Dakota Quad cab from them, but they did not give me any special treatment or price for the problems I had. They are not much on pleasing their customers.

Service dept was very helpful. Tech took extra time to ride with me and isolate a problem

Sales=Good, Service=Poor,
Sales dept. was good before they changes ownership. Service, well they talk to you although it's rare they will fix anything on the first, second or third try. They couldn't even get the rite amount of oil in my 99 Cummins when I took it there for an oil change. I will say they have a great diesel/trans mechanic there (Greg) but how often does one need drive train work with the Cummins. Brakes and A/C are the main problems I've been having and and after 2 years of ownership still haven't gotten it rite.
