Visited both local dealers to find the truck I wanted. Neither had one in stock. Both "checked the computer" and came up empty in their 4 state area. Then called Viva Motors on the phone (since they are about 70 miles away), told them what I wanted on a new truck. Salesman called back the next day saying he found a truck the way I wanted at another dealer 200 miles away (still in state, though). Told me his no-negotiation price, which was a terrific deal. Picked it up the next day. An amazing buying experience from a small dealer in a small town who is willing to do business over the phone. (None of this "I'm not allowed to give you my best price over the phone" nonsense.) My buddy had had a similar experience, which is the only way I found out about Viva Motors.
