After buying a "lemon" and never being helped at Dodge in Maplewood, NJ, went to Suburban. Only drawback---The sales staff would not negotiate the selling price with me---purchased a Grand Caravan and have been extremely happy with service, maintenance, etc. Am looking to purchase another vehicle for a family member and will go back to Suburban!

Sales is okay - not best price, but at least sales is not overly pushy. Service is fine. May dawdle a little, but are pleasant & things done in reasonable time..Decent enough dealership - and as a girl, they don't sneer or act like you're stupid - a plus.

Bought a truck from them in 1996, it turned out to be a "lemon buy back" and they didn't tell me. When I finally found out, they could not care less about coming to any sort of resolution.
