bought vehicle and many additional fees added in finance office during paperwork. had fuel pump go, truck in at 2pm and not started on until 11:30pm, I was told there are no appointments by service manager. I waited all night after hitching ride in. few months down road truck blew fuel line, another dealer said it was severely kinked. wanted to trade up just recently and salesman wanted $800+ a month for same basic vehicle I was paying $400+ on. Had converter go, every bill over several hundred dollars $700+ coulda got it for $200. Typical. Never go back there for new vehicle again and think twice on repairs. myself and the rest of my family who buy there.

Bought truck 6/2003. Salesman was ok. I little on the pushy side, but backed down when I started to get pissy with him. Had two service trips (one for a "We Owe" part). Both times, the Service guy was patient with my questions (I had many...this is my first new truck). Turnaround time was quick. A minor irritation is they don't pull your truck out front for you, but I can live with that. Last service call the truck was vacuumed and washed when I picked it up. Parts guy is knowledgeable, and Greenfield gives a discount on parts if you purchased vehicle there. Overall, I'm happy.

Sucks, sucks, sucks. They leave grease all over inside of vehicle, every time I had it in. they put deep scratches in my driver door, fine scratches in my passenger door. Do not pull truck up front for you when picked up. I was livid about scratches, I know for a fact 100%, that I had no scratches on either door. What kind of dealer is this when you are afraid to bring your truck in there. I get more damage coming out , than going in. stay away from these rats. All this crap just shows how unprofessional Dick Greenfield Dodge really is. For the money you pay, you expect quality treatment. Not there. STAY AWAY!!!!!!

My new Chrysler Town & Country transmission had a problem after only 1700 miles. I am stuck with it but don't you repeat the same mistake of buying from Chrysler/Dodge.
