These guys are unreal. 39000 miles on the vehicle and they told me the transmission work was not under warranty. They told me a filter was improperly installed. I told them nobody had serviced the transmission in 33000 miles the service guy told me I must have got it serviced and forgot. WTF? He also told me it wasn't under warranty because I failed to have the 30000 mile service. To bad he didn't realize that I could check and that it didn't need to be serviced until 60000. He then decided that he would take the initiative and check to see if I needed a tune up and several other things, although they didn't do the work, I felt like they were trying to strong arm me into getting that work done. Very shady service guy(s) and mechanic(s). I would avoid getting a vehicle serviced or repaired there. I don't have any idea what the sales department is like.
