Ughhh. Bad to there employees. Are full of scams. Run all sorts of sales promotions that you actually pay more for the car then before the sale price. Owner was given dealership by father and this is the only way he could get a job he is incompetent.
Sales dept laughs at customers when out on lot then kisses butt when they come in.
A good old boy dealership run by good old boys who only hide behind an image....they are no better then the used car lot on the corner. It has been ten years since I dealt with these clowns but was glad to find this web site to try to stop someone from being fooled. I was taken advantage of you do not have to...there are other dodge dealers who are honest.
Thanks I finally got to vent about things I saw in the time I spent in this dealership.

Best darn dealership I have ever dealt with and I have even worked for some in the Parts/Service departments. Sales dept in general is good but specifically ask for Joe Baker. The guy is a real life, too good to be true, "honest" salesman! The service department, run by Sean Hogan, is top notch. If you have any problems and haven't been able to get it fixed head on over to Foss Motors and have the shop foreman, Al, check it out. The guy has motor oil in his blood and can fix anything. My only real gripe is the parts department. The guys are nice enough but they just flat out over charge even for long time good customers. 5 new trucks since 96 and I can't even get a discount. Foss does all my service work but I rarely if ever buy any parts there. I buy them elsewhere and bring them. I know as a rule dealerships charge a lot for parts, as stated I have worked in parts, but this place takes it to extremes. Overall however this place is great.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Avoid, Parts=Fair, bought there=Yes, scv_there=Yes, Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=Yes,
I purchased a 2003 dodge ram 2500hd on 5/20/03 from foss motors the truck has several problems water leaks, no rear brakes, brake booster inop, engine problems, transmission, when going over bumps it sounds like the back end of the truck is going to fall off. I have taken the truck back to Foss motors service department an ungodly amount of times I am above and beyond the lemon law on this truck and all the service department did was cause more problems in stead of fixing problems and after the statement that Mike silverman made to me (well you can always burn it) from talking with other people in my town that have dealt with foss in the past that have got the same treatment as I did, they are far from a five star dealer ship in my book and I will never buy a car or truck from them or would I refer anyone there to purchase a car or truck, on top of all that my 2003 dodge ram sits in my driveway parked because it is not safe to drive on the road

We bought a Used Mini Van and a new Hemi Ram from Foss. My wife and I have never been treated better. The entire staff at Foss from Sales to Service if great. If you hear or read other wise, that person must have personal issues. You need to not take my opinion and go check them out for your self!

Worst car buying experience ever. I made the mistake of shopping the dealership that I had bought my last 3 vehicles from. Instead of trying to sell me a new truck the General Manager, Mr. Silverman, found it necessary to berate and belittle the salesman. He began swearing at him because I told the salesperson that I was shopping his dealership against Port City Dodge. Mr. Silverman then told me to get out of his dealership and stop wasting his time. If you are looking to buy a new vehicle STAY AWAY from Foss Motors. Visit Port City Dodge they will treat you right. And to Mr. Foss. Your tv ads say that you have been in business for 60 years so I can only assume that you know what you are doing, but how can you let your managers treat not only your customers but your employees that way???

Sales=Good, Service=Excellent,
Sales was very good. After searching 4 other dealers, contacted them by phone and got best price by more than a grand in minutes. Service is excellent. If you have a diesel ask for Keith ... he is the best mechanic there, he know it all. When I'm there he greets me personally and will you show what he is doing and make recommendations and will NOT push parts or additional work that is not needed. Also, Keith is a CTD owner too.
