Never have been treated better. They are not perfect they make mistakes but they correct them at there expense and not yours.
If you have never had a Hemi you need to buy one. When they put the 6.1 liter in a 1500 with 425 hp I will be 1st in line to buy one.

Bought our 2001 Ram at another dealer, but had purchased at this dealer previously. This dealer is more convenient for service work. We have a rap sheet over 6 pages long with this service department. And I am not talking oil changes here. All warranty work. If we had never owned a Dodge pick up before this one I would never purchase one again. Problems started at less than 2000 miles and heard a lot of the same lines that others have reported, "no codes showing", "it's normal". Well to say the least we have had to have overhauls on more parts on this truck than any other "brand spankin" new vehicle" we have ever owned. We bought in 2001 and it only has 30000 miles on it and we are scared to death to let it go beyond the warranty period. I had to purchase another vehicle because this one was not reliable at all and it still sits parked 5 out of 7 days a week. The dealer we bought from won't even touch it-- their say so. We were told by a more reputable dealer (Lake City Dodge) that all the times we brought it to Concord, they never loaded any of the service patches to the system, possibly why there were "no codes thrown". We have had to have the following done to this vehicle: transmission work (Extensive) and it still has no power, tows like crap, engine skips at idle, linkage went in tranny (lost park on a hill, could have killed a kid in the driveway), brakes replaced a couple times since they kept locking up for no reason, wiper motor replaced, adjustments made to throttle cables (caused the doggish get up an go we experience now), faulty wiring to interior and exterior running lights, you name it if it can break, it has!!! Nothing but a big LEMON and no one seems to care. Sent letters to Chrysler, no response, only help we have found was with a Viper tech at Lake City who has done the "best that he can" to remedy the problems, although at the cost of lost power, towing capability and absolutely horrible gas mileage. I would probably buy another dodge product, but not a truck, and definitely not at this dealer!!!!
Given the fact that this dealer is willing to service a vehicle purchased from another dealer, that won't have any part of this LEMON, I have to say that is a noble thing, but still the lack of knowledge or compassion is definitely an issue.

Took my 03 Ram 2500 4x4 Hemi Auto in to have a few problems looked at. At 1700 miles the motor is using oil, found evidence of a leak, the overhead trip computer console goes on the fritz and shows dashes, the tranny clunks going from reverse to drive, the tranny is super slow to shift and the truck bogs. It was tough towing with this truck. Well, the dealer was good enough to get me in within a day. They looked into each of the problems and told me everything was normal. The engine might use oil when it's breaking in, the oil leak was oil that some how got there during the assembly process, the tranny computer didn't show any codes, the other computer or maybe it's the same didn't show any codes for the over head console. So all must be normal. I provided photo's of the leak and the overhead console to show the problems. These were ignored. Service writer told me the tech that was going to work on my truck, was their best. Well this yutz, who is their best, doesn't even know how to close the hood tightly after looking under. Avoid this dealer. FYI they aren't any better on the sales end. The truck I bought would have cost me about 4500 more thru the great deal this place was willing to give me. AVOID at all costs!!!!
Why can't I pick the Hemi engine????
