Dealer looks at my 2005 Ram 2500 4x4 diesel just for a checkout, I have a banks exhaust, intake, and six gun set up. They just LOOK AT IT FOR THE 1ST TIME in there and because my truck visually has aftermarket parts installed, THEY VOID MY WARRANTY. Without trying to prove something caused a problem, they pull an excuse out of there rear.
I have an awesome truck, and know there are very incompetent service mgrs and techs at this Duluth Dodge.
