Salesman was polite, honest, and overall very nice to deal with.

Service department is a different story. Manufacturer defect discovered the day we drove the vehicle off the lot. Wife scheduled an appointment to fix 2 things on the vehicle about a month later (couldn't be sooner due to vacation out of town)

Service department treated wife as if she didn't know what she was talking about because she was a woman. They kept the vehicle for a day, told wife that they fixed the door issue (door didn't close all the way) and the brake issue would need parts. This was on a Wednesday. They said that they'd call Thursday or Friday at the latest. (LaShawn was the service rep. According to wife, he was polite. The rude one was the service rep that received the vehicle from my wife).

We realized once we got home that they fixed the wrong door. They fixed the passenger rear door and not the front door that still didn't close.

We never got a call by Friday. We gave them a couple of days. Wife called them the following Tuesday morning. They didn't return the call. I called then on Monday, 7/21/2008, talked to LaShawn personally and he told me that he would find out where the parts were for the brakes and he would call me back "momentarily". That was at 5 pm. The service department doesn't close until 8 pm on Mondays. I asked him if he was going to call me back today for sure, and he reassured me that he would.

We never received that phone call. They have correct phone information and our phone records don't show any calls from them. They haven't communicated to us about anything since we purchased the vehicle.

I did receive a phone call from the Dodge Service survey department about the service we received from Joe Ricci. I gave low marks and had the option to send an email from the survey department and send a voicemail to the dealership. I did both stating how disappointed I was with the lack of communication. I still haven't heard anything back.

Wife loved how well she was treated by the service department at Crestwood Dodge in Garden City, and we will be using them from now on. Shame because we're a Chrysler employee family and are disappointed to see Dodge/Chrysler represented like this.

I took my '99 Ram 4x4 in to have the Universal joint replaced. At the time service seemed fine. A short time later on the way to work on I 275 my front drivers side wheel came off while I was exiting the e-way. Luckily only psychological damage to myself!!! Called the dealer to notify them of what happened and they would take no responsibility.

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Excellent, Parts=Don't Know,
Took my truck to the dealer after Century Doge in Taylor MI screwed me over. (Look at Century for my post)
They took me in, fixed my truck, and even went the extra mile to fix things I didn't even mention at no cost (under warranty)
My truck began acting up again, but because I voided the warranty, They did their best to make me happy, and I couldn't have asked for a better dealer. I got to know the whole service department, and they're a great bunch of guys.

As this was my first new vehicle, my sales person (Steve Volk) helped me navigate through the sales and service departments. Appointments and promises were kept to a tee.
