was contacted by phone saying we were pre approved, drove 45 minutes to get to the dealership just to find out we were not approved at all. then was told we would be contacted the following monday and financing would get us approved and we were not contacted at all. we felt we were very misled by the financing department, and would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

i had poor credit and they got me back on the road and I'm currently or in the near future going back to purchase another. shane is the sales person to deal with.

I'm not at liberty to discuss my differences with this dealership because there attitude was affected towards my father not me but now its my truck and he already had the pcm reprogrammed once and its only been two months and he paid like 900 bucks and now my truck is doing what it did when my dad had to have the pcm reprogrammed    it idles up to a speed of about 35 mph i can hear the air being sucked don't think its getting enough gas.   i just that this dealership will be decent enough they programmed it so I'm hoping since its not my fault that the pcm lost its program again that they'll reprogram it i don't know. maybe ill get lucky, and to add to it all the other day right before the performance in the engine slacked off i noticed 2 exhaust manifold bolt broke off at engine and i can hear air leakage
