we owned a 2001 dodge ram miles 44 thousand it was slipping on me we took it to blue water they put it on the machine and said nothing was wrong with it . we said we were leaving for florida they said have a good trip there is nothing wrong with your truck. they changed the transmission fluid and filter and charged for putting it on the machine 169.00 dollars. The next day we were on our way to florida and got to ohio turnpike and it broke down. on us as far as we are concerned blue water owes us 169.00 we are not the only people this has happed to we have friends and they did the same thing . we now own a G.M.C and what was wrong with the truck guess the transmission . i am looking the the president of the company and i will be writing him to about this. We are not happy at all. i want the president to contact me . and i want blue water to pay back my money.

I went there to take my brand new vehicle in for several problems already first the third day i had it i had to take it in and get the third brake light to be sealed. they didn't have the part so they had to order it that took a week and they forgot to call me when it came in, second my interior fell apart and there were problems when it was idling. so i took it in and they said they would have to keep it overnight. that was fine they called me to let me know that i had blown cylinder heads and that the cam shaft was bad and possibly my tranny and my rear end was bad also. It took them almost two weeks to repair my truck and they wouldn't give me anything else to drive. this truck was a little more than a year old with like 10,000 miles on it and has had a brand new engine. which took them 4 days to get to the shop. my truck sat there forever and i will never take it back there again i will drive 4 hours somewhere else. Now I have to take it back in for the same thing all over again some where else.
