Sales experience has always been superb. I bought my last truck online using their website. I had a firm quote on the truck I picked out within two hours, and as always, their price was the best of the four dealers I checked, although two didn't bother to reply to my e-mail.
I'd recommend Newcastle Dodge to anyone who doesn't enjoy the usual car-buying hassle. They make the whole process simple.

in the past seven years i have purchased no less than 11 new vehicles from newcastle cpdj. i have had 5 new dodge ram pickup's. each purchase has been the "ultimate" buying experience. the dealer principal, randy miller takes a personal interest in every sold vehicle from his dealership. my current ram is a 2000 black sport this is the ultimate truck for me, however i am already looking forward to it's replacement! mr. miller's and newcastle's philosophy is simple- they make buying a vehicle what it should be-fun! this dealership, sales and service departments, comes very highly recommended.
