This dealer fixed electrical and mechanical problems on my 92 350 diesel ram
that other dealers and shops messed up on. Did not buy the the used truck at
this dealer. The boys in the service dept. took the time to educate me. The
service manager runs a very PROFESSIONAL shop. After
many unsatisfactory experiences with other shops around the US (I travel a lot)
these guys gave me hope and direction for my next purchase (not from them).
Yes they are expensive, but the problem will not be revisited or crop up again.
I'll travel 500 miles to use these guy's. Proof is the 515,000 miles I have
on the odometer. If you have electrical or front end issues with your Dodge
Pickup these are the guys to see. I will not give a list of those to avoid.
But I will SHOUT from the mountain top on where to bring it (if you really want
to fix the problem). I say this with the authority of having spent twice the
purchase price to keep the vehicle reliable and maintained over a period of
8 years. Yes I have spent too much but that was because of bad choices in repair
shops. This semi retired truck has half a million miles and now is a grocery
getter for the wife.
Good workhorse but ya got to feed it on a regular basis. Not Hay or Diesel Fuel
but cabbage, dollars. Choose wisely where you buy your service.

A family member had previously purchased a vehicle here, and after a bad experience
trying to buy a truck at a local dealership I got the salesman's name and drove
there. My salesman's name is Mark Eichenbaum. He listened to what I had to say
and went out of his way to make sure I got what I wanted.
Unlike other dealerships I tried, he gave me the information I wanted instead
of asking me how much I wanted payments to be or what I wanted to trade.
I had the same experience in the finance department. Everything was up up front.
This was the best experience I have ever had at a dealership.

My salesman really made the effort to show me the vehicles I wanted to see.
He priced out 3 different vehicles and answered all my questions in a friendly
and helpful manner. I ended up buying a used Dodge Ram 1500 that was an incredible
value. Other places I had gone to had tried to push me into a vehicle that was
outside my "comfort zone" in monthly payments. Rick (my salesman)
let me test drive the used truck and a new 2004 Ram 1500. When I decide to upgrade
I will most definitely go back to Blouin Motors. Ken (the finance guy) went
out of his way to get my payments down to where I needed them. He even got them
lower than I had specified! Wow! Thanks guys!
