was Ralphs Dodge but was bought out. Under Ralphs always got great service and reliable used trucks. I got so use to good products that I never checked over my used trucks that I bought from them. That was my mistake. This new owner must not check over the used trucks so buyer beware. I have had to replace the tires due to what is called feathering and side wall cracks on the inside of the tires.Had to replace all of the brakes.The oil was burnt looking replaced.The air filter was black replaced. Plugs replaced. Did get them to fix the Trans, it had a bad sensor. I just do not see any reason that a dealer should not check simple things like the oil,air filter,wipers,brakes and tune up. The people that work there seem to be good but with the new owner things have gone bad..And no more free car loaners when yours is in the shop......Same people own PF ford, Waldorf dodge and ford, also Lexinton Park Ford and more.......Guess I'll have to try Park Dodge next time...
