Excellent source for parts and information. The parts guys are very helpful
even over the phone and will locate hard to find items. Very prompt at calling
when parts arrive and no hassles. Service department is good but I have only
used them once and that was recalibrating the
speedometer after a tire size change.

Had a problem with alarm going off. The continued until they found and fixed
the problem. Have always provided good repairs. They aren't cheap, but I assume
that no dealers are. Sometimes they send out coupons that can be used to lower
the cost of maintenance. I have been able to actually talk to the mechanic,
which can be really helpful, but I wouldn't guarantee that happening. When I
had a problem with alignment they did a tire balance for free to see if that
helped, but the conclusion was that I had waited too long to rotate my tires,
and they were cupped. I would recommend them. This was for a Dodge Caravan.

My only complain is about the answering machine twice on different occasions
I have left my details on that machine and I have never got a reply. So if it's
urgent and you really do need that service then keep calling because when you
do get in they do a great job! Of course if your busy then forget it!
Please fix the person who checks the messages on that answering machine, then
you'd be prefect!
