I had been looking for a 2004-2005 Ram 1500 Quad Cab 4x4 for about 1.5 months with a LOT of frustration.
Walked into Hiller, asked to see the truck and was handed the keys.
Truck was clean and had been fully serviced, only issue I had was prior owner was a smoker.
The salesperson was completely straightforward in answer all of my questions.
Negotiations consisted of the salesperson handing me her card with the price on the back - a completely reasonable, no-haggle price.
Truck was delivered clean and with a full tank, inside the service area (it was raining)

Sales department is easy to deal with. (Norm Labelle) I have purchased several vehicles from this dealer on a handshake without any problems. Parts Dept. is excellent. Always have parts when promised. Just returned from service today and car is excellent. When I went in with my 06 Pacifica with 15k miles on it with a bad wheel bearing, I didn't think they'd listen. They jumped right on the car and fixed several other minor issues as well. Overall, great people to deal with! Low pressure, laid back, very comfortable. Can't wait to buy my next vehicle there!
