Service Dept un-reliable in repairs and times of work length. They towed mr Caravan off the lot to do transmission work off site and damaged the alignment. I got back caravan weeks late and in a damaged condition and they refused to acknowledge vehicle was damaged in their care.

They are the biggest crooks out there avoid at all cost, they out and out LIE right to your face about work they said they would do before I was to receive my used ram truck thank god I didn't give them any money they SUCK. I drove over 2 hrs to try and buy a truck and 3 visits what a waste of time and effort.

Sales=Good, Service=Excellent, Had episode where gas was accidentally placed in my diesel tank (NOT SELF SERVE!). Dealership went to exhaustive measures to replace damaged components, ensure reliability restored.
