Have had several good experiences with the sales department. I purchased a used Jeep Grand Cherokee from them and my best friend purchased an Avenger new. The service dept. however should be considered only if ANY other dealer can't fix the problem. Recently took my Dodge 2500 Turbo Diesel there for a short in the electrical system. The stated that a short occurred behind the fuse box and they rewired it. Now the fuse box is floating around free under the dash and my horn and passenger side power locks no longer work. Recently we had a severe cold snap and I called the service dept. because my truck would not turn off. Despite the fact Cummins and Dodge tell you not to let the engine idle more than ten minutes straight, I was told there was nothing that could be done until the next morning. I ended up calling a neighbor who told me where to find the manual shut off valve so I did not destroy my engine, and diagnose a frozen shut off solenoid over the phone. The Jeep went in for a tune-up with new belts and hoses and came out with yet another set of new belts and hoses replacing the two week old set already installed.
