Bought my 2005 Dodge Ram from them two years ago. Wife wanted to trade her Durango in so we brought it there first. Well they didn't think they could do anything for us because she owed to much money on her durango. So the next day we went to another dealer (Betera in Westfield) and bought a 2008 Avenger RT LOADED. To bad we had to travel so far but we did give them the first chance. Her new Avenger had a door latch recall pending and guess what? Yup the door latch broke in the open position. We called Dodge and they said to have it towed to our nearest dealer (which happened to be Brookfield motors) Well since we didn't buy the car from them they said for us to drive it (with door latch still broken back to the dealer we bought it from because we wanted a rental and they didn't want to deal with it. We had it TOWED with Chrysler footing the bill and giving her a rental until the repair is completed at Betera or Westfield.

I have been a loyal customer of Brookfield Motors now for 6 years and will always buy my vehicles there. I was never pressured into a sale and they always gave my family the best possible experience in buying and servicing our vehicles. We most recently bough our 5th vehicle from Brookfield and will continue to purchase all of our vehicles from them. Service is a huge part of purchasing a vehicle and whether brand new or used, Brookfield Motors has always been far above par. I would recommend their dealership to anyone who would like to have a hassle free experience with not only purchasing your new or used vehicle but with the servicing afterwards also. I actually enjoy visiting Brookfield for I am always treated with the utmost respect and my time is valued. This is a rare quality in a dealer! They actually do care and show it in their salespeople and servicing.
Brookfield Motors gets an A++ in my book, nothing like them!!

Sales=Excellent, Service=Don't Know, bought there=yes, Nice salesmen, didn't pressure or hassle me while I was looking at their Durangos. They allowed me to take each Durango out for a test drive by myself for as long as I wanted. I financed through my own bank, they didn't even try to negotiate rates or terms with me.
