the service dept has No Idea How to service a Diesel 3500, I had to send it back in for them to grease the front end, they told me There is NOTHING grease able on the front end or the Front driveshaft. They told me that they Could NOT rotate my tires and asked ME how to rotate dual wheels
then they installed the E-17 without asking ...THAT is the most worthless "upgrade" (TSB) EVER.
I WILL NEVER go to these people again...they are approx 5 miles from my house...and I go to one 35 miles away
