I made an appointment only to inquire about "buying" a new car...the sales department used a tag-team approach to work a deal. My contact person was busy with an unexpected customer and could not assist me for the entire 5-6 hours that I spent "wasted" in their showroom and lot. I was exhausted, worked over, CONFUSED, and worn-down after rapid-fire questions/suggestions from the sales team...and ended the night, in tears, signing a lease and a downsized car that I would NEVER have done if I was in a sound mind. LEASING was/is not an option for me. They used "Flipping" sales tactics, vague/omitted answers, half-truths and controlled the entire meeting to make a lease deal of significant profit for themselves...
