I was motoring along with my 1997 Dodge Ram 2500HD Lariat SLT and travel trailer on I-70, on my way to the Basic Non-Commissioned Officer Course, at Ft. Huachuca AZ, when the "Check Engine" light came on. I immediately called my dealership back home in MD, and my service advisor informed me that Lewis Dodge was about 70 miles from location. It was about 4 PM, when I called Lewis Dodge and spoke with Chris Hecker, one of the service advisors there. I informed him of my problem, and he told me that, if I could get to their dealership before 5:30 PM, they'd take care of me.
When I arrived at Lewis Dodge, Chris was there waiting for me. Not only did they take my truck in right away, Chris had me park my travel trailer right behind the service department and hooked me up to power and water. My truck needed serious transmission repair, and they got me on the road by the end of the next day. On my way home, one month later, I stopped in again, and I asked Chris to have his boys spray in a TOFF liner in the bed. Phenomenal, excellent, professional describes them best.
