My husband and I both drive the Chrysler 300m's. Which we think they are an
awesome ride. We have had them both services there and I have had hail damage
repaired in the body shop. I want to say that I am comfortable taking our vehicles
there. The staff in the Service Department, Body shop and in the office are
courteous and friendly. They service staff the service department don't hesitate
to explain in detail needed repairs. The staff go the extra mile to make sure
a job is done right and that the customer is please with the repair. Thanks
very much Bud Brown Chrysler! I rate this dealership as Excellent!

Sales=Excellent, Service=Don't Know, bought there=Yes, scv_there=No,
I'm 40+ years old and I've never bought a brand new car in my life. When my
Honda quit suddenly (after almost 217,000 miles of faithful service), I went
looking for a Grand Caravan. First I went to Sunflower Dodge in Olathe on Sunday.
It was a miserable experience. The salesman there brought a whole new meaning
to the word "shyster". So, I went by Bud Brown on my way home and found the
Grand Caravan I wanted sitting on their lot. I called them on Monday and they
were incredible. Sean Fuller (the salesman) worked very hard on this sale and
every time I called with a question, he either had the answer or he called me
back within 15 minutes. If anybody wants to write a training manual on customer
service for car salesmen (people?), then they need to talk to him. After a long
day at work, my wife and I went to the showroom. Sean, Stan, Rick, and everyone
associated with Bud Brown Dodge were patient, kind, and professional. I never
felt like I was being patronized, or that any "games" were being played. No
one ever said, "Well, I'll have to get the boss' approval on that". They worked
as a team to meet my needs and desires. I also got a better deal and drove home
a better van than I thought I would. Service after the sale has been incredible.
The paperwork to register the van was in my hands within 3 days. I didn't have
to wait until the end of the month (as other dealers told me I would). When
I had my trailer hitch installed, they didn't even bat an eyelash when I kept
the van they provided me for longer than I expected because of work. When I
forgot my owners manual at work and couldn't figure out how to work a feature
on the van, I called and they walked me through it without a single snicker.
Rick follows up on every little detail after the sale to make sure that we're
pleased with our purchase.
