I am a female and my salesperson, Chris Howell, was excellent. I walked in told him what I wanted and left with a new truck. The sales and financing staff are so pleasant to work with. I will go back for my next vehicle purchase.

I do not recommend Goeke Dodge. Do not trust the Service Department. I am very unhappy with Terry in Service and the crew. I took my vehicle in because I was having problems. Three days later they still didn't know what was wrong. When I picked up my van I reached in my console to get my wedding ring and someone from the dealership stole my ring. I have called several times and nobody cares. I do not trust that dealership nor will I ever go back to them and I am letting as many people that I know not to go to them. You should be able to forget that you left your ring in your car and have it at a dealership and not worry that they would still from you. I have never had a good experience with this dealership.

My experience with the dealership went surprisingly well. They have recently hired a female sales person which I have never seen before. She is young, friendly, yet actually is helpful. I was genuinely surprised to see another female to help me out.

Extremely rude sales manager. Told us he was too busy eating his lunch to help us!!!. I'm sure he thought I knew nothing about cars since I was a female! Little did he know I did know how to write a check! I've never been treated like that in any business.

If you are a woman do not go to this dealership. They are disrespectful and act like you know nothing. They were constantly asking to speak to the man. The gentleman acted like I was wasting his time. If you are a Chrysler employee, they are unwilling to give you the list price. They want you to make a commitment before they share that information. Not all of salesman are terrible, but my experience was not good. My family has started driving the extra distance from Noblesville in order to purchase their vehicles from Kincaid in Lebanon. Shop at your own risk..

In for recalls and one warranty repair for a power seat motor.  Each time was professionally handled, honest and done on time.  Also will give you a ride home and back if you need.
