Service department does not take the time to find the real problem, and starts replacing parts not need at the owners expense. Had an injector pump lock up due to lift pump failure. Replaced the injector pump and did not care to troubleshoot the real problem with the lift pump pressure, instead started replacing ECM and other unrelated parts at owners cost. Went to the manager of Fletchers (Tom T.), he took the time to fix the problems I had with the service department. Sales department is really good. Always ready to help, but they don't push.

Service department is apparently incompetent. Have had 2 warranty issues with an '01 Ram 1500. First issue, they ordered the wrong part and took forever to get the right one in. Second issue was with the clutch. They estimated 2 days for the job, the truck was not started on until apparently the 4th day. On the sixth day the truck was "ready". Only to find they replaced 2 bearings in the transmission, and NOT the throwout bearing in the clutch that was the problem. To make this worse, I TOLD them what the problem was when I made the appointment.
