The service department does not return calls. Always a different excuse-shorthanded, can't find parts, mechanic is overloaded, it'll be 2 to 3 days and it ends up being a week. Be prepared to take your vehicle in several times to have the same thing repaired - or expect to have something else go wrong the day you drive it out of the service department.
