Sales=Don't Know, Service=Poor, bought there=No,
My car was towed to their shop for repair. The service manager pulled the dipstick
and called me and advised that I needed a new engine!! I towed the car 500 miles
to the dealer where I bought the car to determine that the water pump had to
be replaced. I asked the service manager how he arrived at his diagnosis and
he stated, I pulled the dipstick. There was anti freeze in the oil so you need
a new engine. I asked if he did ANYTHING else and he said, No.

Sales=Good, Service=Excellent,
A five star dealer. Provides old fashion sales & service.
Most impressed with service. Helped me with a warranty problem another
Dodge Dealer failed to honor. (Also had help from Cummins Mid/States on
how to present the issue to Chrysler). Give these guys a shot, especially
on service. Don't think you will be disappointed. Management is
local and always accessible. Love my truck!! I will just never buy another one
from Richmond Dodge Honda again.
