05experience=Dealer is a disgrace....I had a warranty repair done and told them to qoute me on a couple things and yo fix a wiring problem, they ordered the wrong part which was a lie they forgot to order a part, they also were suppose to fix a wiring problem and qoute me on an overhead console (tells you outside temp, MPG, ect ect. They called me saying the truck was done after 2 days nobody called me about the wiring problem or console they just fixed the warratny repair and basically told me to "get lost" I guess if my money isnt good enough for them, or if they are to lazy to fix something thats broken they dont deserve my money and will never have the chance to take it. If i owned a shop and learned my technicians were doing warranty repairs and disregarding any other problems with the vehicle ( a chance to make more money) i would have a serious talkin to with that techinician or even perhaps have the service manager fired. Being a mechanic for some years now i know how the system works and to be told that "its to difficult, you have to replace the harness." The sad part is i know its the prple and black wire in the column that needs to be replace, i even told them that, i even told them you have to take the wholse dash apart just to get to the wire and since your doing a warranty repair on my dash that shgould save me the labor of takin it out then putting it back in since your already doing that. they told me its the whole harness (when i know its not) and they "werent going to fix it at this time." NOT GOOD ENOUGH I WAS WILLING TO PAY I TOLD YOU TO QOUTE ME BEFORE GOING AHEAD WITH ANY REPAIRS NOW MY TRUCK IS MAGICALLY DONE AND YUO DIDNT FIX WHAT I WANTED TO BE FIX....ok i'm done time to go to dodge and pick my truck up......just read this message obviously i'm angry....

Got charged for a five tire rotation; Left with four tires. Spare tire with steel rim not on the truck. Was told, the tire must of been taken at your house!!!!!
Bought a $16,000 truck for $24,000
Finance Officer refuses to pay off old loan
Going on second month & still not paid off
With all the extra bonuses they got for the truck I bought, you would think they would
have the courtesy to pay off the old loan like they stated. BUT NO????????????
Guess they need the extra cash to pay off their fancy new building.
Hope you aren't doing any Enron bookkeeping & making customers pay for the pyramid!

If you don't want to feel like you just got rammed in you’re a$$ on a business deal then don't...I repeat don't give your business to the lying no good for nothing con-artists at Schaumburg Dodge!!!!!

I bought a new vehicle in September of 1998 and had the dealer install the alarm system, now at 34,000 miles I'm having a problem with the alarm system. I called the dealers service dept. and I have a maximum care service contract, and was told they will not cover the alarm system. Do not have the dealer install your alarm system unless in writing he will include it under the service contract.
