sales staff excellent service department sent my vehicle to another dealer to be repaired this total repair from 1st to last day almost 2weeks total that's ok no problem i bought this unit there because having a lung disease i must have everything working and all of it did till they sent the unit to ford and and came back with no air or heat and they send it back to ford to have it looked at I'm told almost 800.00 for repair duct work does not just crack being in the used parts business and 22 yrs mechanical we know how hard it is to to crack duct work. its very very hard, this unit has low miles and been taken care buy the previous owner this is obvious so sunnyside offers to fix it for 400.00 at a 50-50 split i don't think so but now i know were we wont buy another vehicle i am sick of dealers and repair shops doing this to us and other people i am sending a letter to the attorney general and better business bureau.
this vehicle has no other problems except what it came back from the dealer with no rust no dents nada, if they were a stand up company they would fix this it may not have happened if they did not farm out the work, they are MECHANIC'S

Excellent sales experience, very easy and up front. Service department has been fast and thorough on my oil changes. Parts department was was good in handling my large accessory order. Great job, look forward to another purchase experience in the future.

I have purchase 3 used vehicles here in the past and 2 new vehicles. I would recommend Sunnyside to anyone. The dealership is small and you don't feel pressured into buying anything. We purchased our last vehicle on Dec. 23, 2003, it was a new Dodge Ram pick-up truck. We have been very pleased with the service in the past and will continue to do business with Sunnyside!

Maybe the hard pressed, impatient, and those who don't care shouldn't go here because they would not appreciate the respect the Sunnyside staff gives.

I have purchased 6 vehicles from this dealership and I won't go anywhere else. The entire staff has ALWAYS been professional, courteous, helpful, and has done whatever it takes to make my trip to Sunnyside a very pleasant experience. The service department ALWAYS has resolved the problem when a repair was needed, either at the time of the scheduled visit or a subsequent visit if a special part had to be ordered. The sales staff is not the typical 'here today and gone tomorrow' dealer staff...I have purchased my last 5 vehicles from the same salesperson, and I traveled 2000 one-way miles when I ordered my last truck...and 2000 more miles to pick it up. This dealership is a Class operation, and when I order my next new vehicle, I will go there again. From the owner to the guy that preps the vehicles for delivery, they are all special. My special thanks to Bob and Michael and Paul.

I purchased a 1998 ram 1500 4x4 in June of 2002 the warranty had run out on the powertrain. I was told that it needed a transfer case. Paul Reed the service manager some how fixed it under warranty. I cant thank sunnyside enough.

I factory ordered my 2003 ram 2500 and they went that extra mile to get it to me as soon as possible. It was exactly what I ordered. The service department was excellent the install my running boards and tonneau cover in one afternoon. I was able to take my truck for the weekend.

Sales - lied about vehicle delivery time and was very rude when I called for updates. Service - I don't know where to begin. Lets just say I have a hard time believing these guys know anything about cars. Example - I bring my car in because I hear piston slap, they say its not piston slap and they think its the valves. A week later they call and say that after pulling the motor apart, they found that it had piston slap. Also, after getting the car back after they put the motor back together, they forgot to hook up half of the vacuum lines, And there was a bolt missing from the powers steering pump!!! *****5 STAR SERVICE***** ~5 tries to get the job done right~ And even then we may still screw you

The sales staff - especially the manager - are rude! The service department seemed liked everything would be extremely costly to fix on my trade in vehicle. The manager seemed unfair on what he was willing to give for my trade in. I don't think I will be dealing with this Dodge dealership in the future, but wish I could find one in my local area that did receive a good rating on this site.

I was insulted by the offer made on my trade in. I went to 3 other Dodge dealerships in the area and was offered $3000 and more for my trade in. The manager informed me that I should have taken one of their offers. I wouldn't buy a car at Sunnyside if someone else was paying for it! I will never go there again and will advise anyone I talk to to stay away from there. They are horrible people, who are ripping off their customers. I will be buying my Durango at another dealership.

The diesel mechanic is well trained and knows what he is doing. The service writers are good, friendly, personable and fair. Sales folks are just fine, too. I bought my truck there and went there for the rare service session. I would still be using them if I hadn't moved to Virginia.

95 4x4 diesel with ABS problems of the three I wrote about they fixed my truck right it took a couple of times but the mechanic would actually ask me if I thought he was going in the right direction or not VERY VERY good service and parts. IF I bought and went there to begin with I might still own a dodge and maybe buy another one.
