Had trouble with power and fuel mileage with my '06 cummins and they would not try very hard to find out what was wrong. The shop boys were willing to "dig in" and find the problem, if you could get passed the service managers. There knowledge on the cummins was about zero. I called DODGE and they "built a fire under there ass" and got it fixed. Gained 7 MPG.
