Purchased second Ram Bought "new" with 1400 miles, owner had been driving it. After truck was home noticed some tailgate damage, dealer had the body shop repair that, after a few excuses and time frame lies that got done. Then had cap installed and my cap guys found more body damage under dealer installed bed liner (both bed floor and inside tailgate) immediately returned to dealer to complain and was told I had taken delivery and that was that. Seems to me they added bed liner to hide this, this I base on a salesman telling me he had moved a refrigerator with it that had fallen over. That didn't explain the pea gravel that was also under the liner though. This dealer will not see me and my $$$ again.

Purchased "New" owner driven demo 1400 miles. Paid for new 2 weeks later had cap installed and found body damage under dealer installed bed liner. Dealer would only repair visible damage. Told me I took delivery problem is now mine. Nice.

Sales will tell you anything to sell the vehicle. I happened to catch them in their lie and they had to compensate. They new they were wrong. Borderline fraud.
