Called on a car that I saw advertised. I confirmed the ad price, etc. When my
son-in-law went and checked into the car the next day, the price was suddenly
$1000 higher and the car was not the same one shown in the ad. I wouldn't buy
a car from these people if they were the last dealership on earth. If they pull
this with used cars, imagine what they do with the new ones.

Sales=Good, Service=Avoid,
Bought our 99 Silerado there. Salesman was very good although he is no longer
there. Service is very unsatisfactory. I would never go there again! Took the
truck in for a recall in which GM forgot to install aux trans cooler. While
in the shop they scratched the drivers side fender. They had the truck waiting
in the service area (which is dark) so I wouldn't notice the scratch. Saw it
when I got home and called immediately. They said they already had it noted
on the service agreement which is BS. Had to go back the next day and boy did
I get the apologies (they say they confused me with a different customer - what
about it being noted on the service agreement????). Went back the next day to
pick up the truck and there was still a scratch. Had to wait 2 hours while it
was fixed - They gave me a beanie baby to say they were sorry - What IDIOTS!!
