Had my truck towed to dealership because lack of oil pressure problem. Took
them 2 days to get to it. The started it and it started to knock (not when I
brought it to them.) The performed their diagnosis and told me there was no
oil pressure (the reason I brought it to them). They couldn't find the problem
so I authorized further tear down. The found sludge in the crankcase and told
me that my ext. warranty may not cover repairs due to the sludge. Keep in mind
that I owned it only for 7000 miles. I told them they fix it, the warranty or
my oil company (Amsoil) will if it is their fault. But I will not be held responsible.
I took 2 oil samples and photos of the sludge. Four days after I brought it
to them, the adjuster showed up. The next day they authorized the repair, rebuilt
engine. It took the engine 3 days to arrive and 2 days to install. They installed
new spark plugs without prior permission (something I had to pay for,) but I
did anyway, also the O2 sensor went bad, another item I had to buy and not planning
on it. All and all, it took 11 days for repairs and I was without a truck for
3 weeks. They did help me get a car rental paid for by my warranty company.
I would use them again and recommend it to others, just play your cards right
and in the system (like oil samples and pictures.)

Sales=Good, Service=Avoid,
Service Manager had several explanations why he couldn't or didn't want to fix
warranted problems. Acted like the customer didn't have a clue what the problems
were. Insulted customer’s intelligence with pitiful excuses.

Sales=Poor, Service=Poor,
Tried to work with dealership to buy new vehicle. Salesman seemed friendly enough
but sales manager wasn't willing to work with me. He suggested I shop around
to verify that no one would beat their deal. Needless to say, one visit and
30 minutes later, I had a great experience at ANOTHER dealership. When I phoned
the salesman, it was easy to see that he wasn't happy and replied, "thanks for
rubbing it in" before he hung up. In terms of their service department, my wife
had an oil and filter change appointment scheduled. It took over 2 hours to
complete and did not offer to run her back to work during that time. Kept providing
"excuses" for the delay.
