I purchased a used 2002 trailblazer from them four months ago. Now I have an $800.00 bill because the rotors are rusted through and must be replaced. They charged me $50.00 just to look at the vehicle and were unwilling to work with me at all on the rotors. While the sales department was good, the very poor service after the sale will cause me never to buy there again.

I originally bought from Dodge World and I believe Mancari bought dealership. Brought van in with downshift slap. They ran it through computer. Charged $90 for a computer scan. Then gave me an estimate for $2806.05. Gave an estimate with 7 different things needed. I declined the estimate and went to an auto repair establishment in Lake Geneva WI. Had vehicle repaired for $40. All it needed was a sensor changed. This is why people avoid dealerships for repairs after warranty.

They do not care about the repeat customers. Service dept does not call you back, the line is busy or they put you on hold. They do not help you when you have a problem. They just give you the run around.THE cashier has an attitude.THE sales dept told me to go to Elmhurst dodge so that's what I did. At Elmhurst my truck was fixed, no attitude, and they even answer the phone and didn't leave me on hold. THANKS for telling me to go to Elmhurst Dodge.
Do not let Mancari's change your oil it will drip for days they do a sloppy job!

Bought my truck at Dodge World Of Des Plaines, nothing but trouble. Needed a part. The part was supposed to have been ordered 4 months ago come to find out the order was cancelled after Mancari's bought Dodge World out. Very unhappy, will never by another Chrysler product again. Thank you.
Yeah sure Dodge vehicles are cheap but I think I will spend the extra money because what I have gone through is unbelievable. Never again will I do it. To wait 4 months and think the part was supposed to have been ordered and then come to find out it was cancelled is a crock, and really made up my mind not to do business with them again.
