My Dad went there to trade in his Caravan and the salesperson talked him into a deal that he couldn't keep his end up. He's 70 years old and he thought they were supposed to hold his van until he was sure about the deal. This is a Friday evening. Sat. morning my husband & I went up there to get there van back and they said we had to wait until Monday when manager was in. WE said DON'T SELL THEIR VAN, and they had also taken a post-dated check from my father. Monday we went and talked to the overall manager and they had SOLD their van and it was a done deal. I think that's an awful way to do business with people of an elderly age!!! We had to scramble to come up with the extra money. Watch your back if you go there.

Outstanding sales department. They re-opened so I could buy a Vehicle. Even got the price i wanted. As for the service department I received good honest work and really enjoyed my time there. Yes i will buy from them again and yes I will get the service I need there. Excellent. To re-open for a customer is always the best way to keep them.

Took auto in for service, argued over extended warr, after they agreed that the computer was covered they told us car would be done in about 4 days, after 1 1/2 weeks called and someone in service dept said my car was not there, it was at body shop. What? yes they wrecked my car and did not even call to tell me. After I got there I had to contact the person who owned the truck that they crashed into my car. They were going to repair both of our cars and not even tell us.

The sales department is too pushy and makes you feel pressured. Bought a Ford there.

05experience=I purchased my vehicle, a Phy. Breese in October of 2001 and received excellent service on that purchase. Very nice salesman and no problems with my vehicle what so ever. I was very pleased. However, in December of 2002 I traded my Breese in for a 1998 Olds. SUV and had a similar experience, until I went back to the dealership to have my options on it repaired. The service shop took my brand new tires off after having it in their shop for two days and placed old muddy tires on my vehicle. When I got it home I noticed the tires were really dirty, when I looked harder I noticed they were different than the ones that came on the vehicle, in fact, they were at the end of their life!! I sent both my sons back to the dealership to straighten the problem out and they told them they were sorry, that there was another SUV sitting next to it and by accident they put the wrong tires on my SUV!!!! Needless to say, they failed to replace my tires back on the truck, even after being caught red handed. I placed similar tires, but with years of use on it. THAT WAS TWICE!

Salesman work close with manager! Steal trade in vehicle KEYS after inspection!! Lie about financing! Tried to push lease even though .9% financing was available. Wont give price on new truck, only estimated payments. Very(hard sale)dealership! They quote BLUEBOOK price but don't figure in BLUEBOOK options additions! I purchased a Pontiac from them years ago and have been very pleased! After the last three trips to Nashville I've decided to stay as far away as possible!!!!!!
