Several Repair visits to correct problems not resolved at Morlan Or Auffenburg were above and beyond the service I would normally expect. I was disappointed they did not address and oil consumption problem that has now been resolved after warranty and on the last job for a leaky evaporator they repaired my loose door panel without charge but left many screws loose or missing and a hose off which I didn't find till The truck was torn down for heater repairs.. I had been so happy with their service till now even though it takes me an hour longer to get to their dealership than three others. Now I don't know of any DC stealer that I would ever take a vehicle to ever again. I have bought 2 new DC products and 1 used one. I think that the poor quality of work done by Service technicians Seriously compounds the problems with the product. There is a reason there there a brackets to bolt the lines to and holes for screws. Seals need to be put in properly to end leaks. Don't mess with parts that have nothing wrong with them just to bill DC for the repairs. (These were not issues related to this dealer but other dealerships that Gutterman ended up fixing instead).
