Service appointments generally take 1-2 weeks despite the fact that they never
seem busy. I have ordered parts for my Dodge Caravan on two separate occasions
during the past 4 months, and they failed to order the parts on both occasions.
The first time I was persistent and requested the part three times before they
actually ordered it. The last time I waited 2 1/2 weeks and discovered it was
never ordered. We bought our van at Feeny Dodge, but I will never take it back
there, nor would I buy another

Sold me a damaged truck, Roof has gouges in it like some one ran it under a
low door or through the wrong car wash. Truck had open recalls on it yet they
still delivered it without correcting them. DC does not care, even wrote Dr.
Deiter Zetche a letter and he did not care. At least that is what his assistant
told me. Wrote IL ATTNy Gen. All he could do was get them to refund me the $7.00
that they overcharge every single customer who buys a 10 day Illinois drive
away plate from them. It says on back law says to charge 6.00$ for it and they
charge 13.00 I asked and argued about it with their sales manager, what an A%%
Hole. He chose instead to assess my manhood and tell me I was cheap. They rolled
up the factory tonneau cover told me it was fine and let em leave only to find
missing 3 support bars and the cover was stretched to the shredding point. DC
even says on the "CO2 RECALL that it is nationwide do not deliver vehicles
with out correcting". Guess what I even told them it was on that truck
by VIN and DCX HOtline. They do not care and are only there to separate you
from as much of your money as possible. I even paid cash and some on my credit
card . THey refused the deal initially because I wanted to use a credit card
for $ 3000 dollars for air miles , NOPE " Credit card limit is $500 unless
you are paying for service" Even the owner was always playing golf and
would not take or return my calls. THe day I bought the truck it was raining
cats and dogs so I was supposed to inspect it first and notice the gouges before
I signed and left on a nearly 7' tall 03 Quad Cab 4x4 Lwb ISBe 6 shooter. REALLY
REALLY BAD 5 STAR DEALER AVOID THEM LIKE DEATH HIMSELF. Wrote letters to DCX,
IL AG, IL SEC. of State and all I got was $6.00 and a little satisfaction. Truck
was priced at a good deal for a CORPORATE TEST Vehicle. I used to drive for
Chrysler in College and knew we took care of the vehicles because that was our
job, and we did do just fit and finish inspections on them. These babies were
real pieces of work to be called 5 STAR Qualified. How do you tell them of a
open recall 3 days before delivery and they can't correct it. We drove 2.5 hrs
to get the truck and safe some dough. NEVERAGAIN WITH THEM. I do not believe
that they ever opened the hood on this truck while they had it , what a joke
for a guy who owns two dealerships in the same town.
Local dealer got me a new tonneau cover free (warranty) and did a steering box
and pump on it at 8000 miles. Got 3 new windows and belt moldings done due to
scratching the outside of the glass. They changed the cracked alternator bracket
that FEENY supposedly looked at. Also the steering box and pump died under warranty.
Now needs the heater box changed and the clutch rattle fixed, next week at my
home town dealer. They are really nice on warranty work.

Brought vehicle in for one problem (which they misdiagnosed three times) and
then found out now the vehicle is leaking oil which was caused by shoddy mechanic.

Sales=Don't Know, Service=Avoid,
I recently brought my vehicle in for service because the car was running rough
and the check engine light was on. First of all I was told that I would get
a call that afternoon so I would be updated as to what was going on, never received
that call, this must be the 5 star service I was hearing about. When I called
them I was put on hold for 10 minutes, then finally the service manager told
me that I needed about 900 dollars worth of service, plug wires ($140) timing
chain ($600) water pump ($200) so I gave them the go-ahead to fix what was necessary.
The next day, no phone call I had to call them myself once again, only to find
out that the "mechanic" called in sick. I called at 2 p.m. I wonder when he
called in and why I wasn't told I wouldn't get my car back until at least Monday.
More of that great 5 star service. So Monday comes around and now they need
to hook my car up to a computer to see exactly what is wrong, funny I thought
it was the timing chain, water pump, and plug wires. So I call them (again no
phone call) and they don't have the computer at the dealership, it should be
there by tomorrow (Tuesday). Today is Tuesday and after waiting for their phone
call I decide once more I am going to have to call them if I want to know what
is going on. 5 star service once again. So after another 10 minutes on hold
I learn that the "mechanic" has school today and if I don't hear from them by
5 I should give them a call. 5 star service. Why is it that only 1 person can
work on my car, my car has been there for 6 days, is it still not a priority?
Why doesn't Dodge care about keeping the customer happy? Was the 900 dollars
I already spent necessary? If I don't get my car tonight (which I'm sure I wont)
I will add to this letter and let everybody know. I hope this gets read and
changes someone's mind about where they will take their car for service, because
there has got to be a better place to take your car, I do have faith that there
are car dealerships that are honest and wont lie to you just to get deeper into
your pockets. This has been the most inconvenient experience ever with dealing
with a car dealership. Just what is 5 star service anyway? I would certainly
hate to see 4 star service. When I write my letter to the owner of the dealership
I wonder what will be done about it. Where is all my money going if my car is
still not fixed, why wasn't my car hooked up to a computer to begin with? Wouldn't
that be the first step? James, enakbaxter@cs.com go ahead and contact me, I'd
love to know how you will make me feel better about bringing my car the Feeny
Dodge and their "5 star" dealership. I look forward to your reply. By the way
I haven't gotten my car back yet so feel free to take any deduction off of my
total. Thanks for reading this.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Don't Know,
I bought a "New" 2500 with a dealer installed plow From Feeny in July 2000.
It had approx 200 miles on it. It was NEVER represented as a demo or used to
me at the time of purchase. They DID tell me they'd plowed the dealer lot with
it a "couple of times" but it was "new" and still had the sticker in the window
and plastic on the seats, etc. So I go in for warranty service today with what
should have been 7000 miles and more than 7 months of the 3/36 warranty. BUT
the dealer tells me its out of warranty as of 110102. I asked, how that could
be if I hadn't purchased it until July 2000. I was told that the dealer had
"put it in service" as of that date and that's the warranty start date. Will
Feeny help me sort it out with Chrysler??? Oh nooooooo! "Sorry" I was told.
"You got it for less then you would have normally because it was a demo"!!!
(The deal was NOT that great to begin. I paid window sticker for the truck with
the plow on it. Roughly equivalent to paying the standard reduction on a non
plow truck. Id call it fair) Only problem is I NEVER was told the warranty was
minus 8 months!!! Small wonder car dealers are competing with lawyers for most
despised member of the human race status. Scum bag, double talking, filthy liars.
I wouldn't send an enemy to these lousy wretches.

Very Bad. Will pursue Legal Action. Very obvious abuse of client trust. If anyone
else has experience Poor service, negligence, faulty repairs etc. Please contact
me at this email: blackcatrichie@yahoo.com
My last experience was horrible. I have proof that my car was poorly repaired/inspected.
For example I took it in for a repair and was quoted over $700 worth of repairs.
However, I noticed on the inspection sheet the car was never road tested. Same
mileage in as out. Yet they said the road test was OK. I complained to service
manager and brought this matter to his attention. No resolve. I wrote GM and
still no answer. Next step Law Suit. Very simple. If you have a problem with
a bad company. Take Action! Remember ENRON!!! NO MORE CORPORATE ABUSE.

Sales=Poor, Service=Excellent,
Bought a new Grand Caravan from Adam Murczek. Adam was very rude and liked to
tell his hardship story of coming to America over and over again. He kept pushing
a 4 cylinder engine even though we kept insisting we wanted a 6 cylinder. He
did get us a good price on the van but if we could have gotten the same price
elsewhere we wouldn't have bought from Feeney. When we said we wanted it in
writing that the vehicle was not in an accident or damaged, the van was all
of a sudden sold. After we bought the van, he promised to have some accessories
installed by a certain time and they did not meet this time table. We had to
bring the van back to have these items installed. When we went to the service
department, Adam didn't let them know we would need a loaner. The service department
did provide me with a loaner and once I was dealing directly with them, they
performed the work needed by the time promised.

I bought my Ram 1500 Club Cab from Alfredo at Feeny Dodge. He was very helpful,
not overly pushy, and he fought for the best price possible. Highly Recommended!!!

Sales=Good, Service=Don't Know,
We bought a caravan from Feeny Dodge and although the salesman was friendly
and helpful and boasted about his five star service, that was until we had to
come back to use it. Then the salesman did not even know we existed because
after all the bottom line is that he already sold the car. So much for wanting
repeat business, especially since we already have had four Dodge caravans. (somewhat
confusing, but I posted what I got)
