Excellent experience with Sales Dept. at Dempsey in Plano. All personnel we have met on sales floor are polite and knowledgeable. New sales rep. worked with mgr. to find the specific vehicle/options we wanted at a good price. We got a fair price on our trade-in, no slick tricks with the numbers. Finance Mgr. came in lower on interest rate than our bank. Free oil changes for as long as we own (versus 1 year at some other places) and this dealer has loaners (others did not). Hopefully we won't need the Service Dept. for much other than maintenance, but if we do and they are as decent as the other Dempsey folks, we WILL be "customers for life"!

Truck in for service 6 times for the same problem. Dealer can not fix and Dodge does not know how to fix???

Sales experience was excellent. Although I was purchasing a vehicle under the Friends and Family promotion Jan/01, I opted to save time driving around looking for the vehicle I wanted. I speced out the vehicle and e-mailed my request to all the Dodge dealerships in the area. Dempsey (IL) and Snethkamp (MI) went above and beyond the call of duty. Really made me feel like a real person, not their next commission.
Service: Had a problem with a noise up in the right front when turning. Started off out there having the service dept look at the vehicle out there. Parts ordered and they provided me with a loaner. Problem still existed. Took vehicle to Elmhurst Dodge (Big mistake). Back out to Dempsey, with problem easily identifiable & conditions. Problem fixed. Would recommend buying from there again.
