bought a car with weekly payroll deductions through chrysler financial. the dealer failed to send in the needed paperwork to the finance company, they have nothing on file we bought a car. Now Cassens are harassing me to give them a payment to cover them i guess, for failure to send the finance company the paperwork. we would like to keep the car, but if things don't get worked out i could lose my car.
