Had many problems with my door lock locking and unlocking by them self and had made an apt. 2 different times and when the Durango went in the shop it was not acting up. So the 2nd time I went in they had changed all door locks. Half an hour later after I had left the shop they started acting up again and called them and they were closed (was on a Sat.) So made another apt. on Mon. and went in and they still couldn't find the problem so I was sent on my way. To make a long story short I was out running around and the locks started unlocking and locking on their own and I just called them on my cel phone and they told me to come on in with out an apt. and hooked the D up to something which they were able to find the problem and ordered ma a new part. As many times I have been in for my locks the passenger rear lock started grinding when the doors locked and I called them up and mentioned this and my car Just had gone out of warranty about a couple hundred over the warranty and they fixed it for FREE! But then again I bitched a little about all the problems that I have had with the door locks on my car and the service manager was very nice about it and understood where I was coming from since they were worked not even a yr ago and having problems again.
