The dealership lied about their sales information. One price was quoted, then,
when I got to the dealership the price was almost a thousand dollars higher.
They then thought I would be stupid enough to accept a 600.00 discount on the
higher price. The salesperson was not rude but the
manager that came out to talk price was very very rude. He did not treat either
my husband or I in a professional manner. When I told the salesperson the price
was not what I had been quoted she went to get the sales manager or the finance
manager, I am not exactly sure who he was, but when he came out he got in my
husbands face and was very confrontational. I would not recommend this dealership
if they were the last one on earth. I truly believe that I would rather walk
than buy a car from them.

rating service poor: ram truck rebuilt transmission, parts took 3 weeks to get
seals but problem not fixed. second trip found wore out ujoints? did not see
the first time around, must be to generated revenue for bad service.

Shorted me 1 qt of oil (6 instead of 7) on first trip there.
Serviced warped brakes there by turning rotors, failed to see/locate TSB 05-008-03.
Took all day to align front end due to very odd wear on tires and pulling to
left, still pulled to left afterwards so I took it my friend @ Big 10 tire where
they found the camber still off, no pulling any more. Instructed to balance
with wheel weights on inside, they said ok, then put them on the outside and
dinged 20" rims.
Told me my rear differential required service to keep on warranty. Then saw
it was only on B service not A and they never asked which one I was using. They
charged $140 for changing rear end grease, which has a plug that they used,
must have done it blind folded to rack up that much time.
Speak slowly to service and ensure work order is written up correctly before
signing / leaving vehicle, then inspect vehicle carefully before leaving lot.
