I am a true Mopar man, I own 3, 2 Dodge trucks and 1 Chrysler. The service at Rinngold used to be first rate. I was proud of where I bought my truck and would often tell everyone about the professional honest and really did care service. It's used to be a Five star dealership (not any longer) My truck was in there once for a routine service but took 3 days because their equipment broke ??? Today it is there and again I wait because their 'SMOKE 'machine used to check for leaks is broke and they don't know when they will get it fixed. They ask that you schedule a appt. which I like, and used to you would be in and out on time. Today, they'll put you off for 5 -7 days and then wait. I spoke to Mike robbins (owner) about this , How I no longer feel as good and comfortable with the service dept. I want that level of trust back! But I may have start thinking of getting my truck serviced at another dealership.
I hope everything will smooth out soon , as I understand it, They are experiencing a change of service mgr. and recent new hire of mechanics having to go through training. Hey things are not always perfect, I guessed I was spoiled.

Jeff Hullender was a great salesperson and I highly recommend him. If you are looking for an honest approach to buying a vehicle then Jeff is your man.

I have bought seven vehicles from Ringgold (maybe more if I really thought about it) and find them honest and straight forward. I couldn't beat their price anywhere else either.
