Sales Department worked hard to sale the vehicle, but gave a lot of untruthful information. Along the way so did the owner James Oneil, His brother Danny Oneil, and all of the other employees at BIG O's!!!! $20,000 car purchased, days after purchase each accessory in car stops working, wires that were left hanging under head rest to tv's shocked my 3 year old son when he grabbed the head rest to get into vehicle, then the whole car quits, key will not even turn ignition. Mr. Oneil's words: have it fixed to sale like I did. Hung up the phone on my husband when he asked for a trade in! will not release any information on when he did have the car fixed enough to sale! too many electrical problems!! Mechanics sent to said it's ridged up and needs a true specialist! James O'neil is a walking SCAM!!!!! Cars are not fit to buy at BIG O USED CARS!! Employees and owner will tell you any lie they can think of to sale a vehicle!
I want to say thank you to this site for letting me get this off my shoulders, and to James O'neil and any other employee there at Big O Used Cars, even if there isn't anything I can do about you selling my family a hazardous vehicle, knowing it had major electrical problems, and did not care for the well being of others, but there is one person you will have to face who can do something and if I was you, I would think before I LIE & PUT OTHERS LIFE IN DANGER!!!! Car Buyers:Never Buy a car from this man, he doesn't deserve to be a car dealer, he makes the rest look bad!
