We bought a 05' Dodge Stratus there. The window sticker said "keyless entry" ..That was a big thing to me along w/cd player. Well, I signed the papers, they handed me a key. I asked for my other key & my remote. They said they will find them & give them to me the following morning...I got there the next morning. I was handed me other key. But no remotes..I was told it was no problem. They will get on it & take care of it. Well, a week & 1/2 later, after numerous calls, I was told I would have to PAY 55$ for a remote. Not going to happen. I got the run around & was lied to for over a week. Needless to say, I wont be buying from them again.

The manager at the Dalton location was an awful man to my grandmother. He jumped up and down and cursed at here...she honestly thought that he was going to hit her. He told her to get her a** of of his car lot. I am very angry at this man. his name is Mark.

Sales=Good, Service=Excellent, Parts=Good, bought there=Yes, scv_there=Yes, Buy_DaimlerChrysler_again=Yes,
Have bought my last two cars from Courtesy. Have been extremely pleased, especially with the service department. Brought my first car in to be checked, warranty was about to expire. Was getting ready to drive to New Hampshire. Got to New Hampshire, of course warranty had just run out. Took it to the local dodge dealership there - all kinds of money! But guess what, ray handled the situation for me. Just last week my 2001 Sebring decided to start smoking - scared me half to death. Called Ray - he had one of his employees come get my car, serviced it and then brought it back to me at work.
It goes to say that there is always a bad apple that will spoil the bunch - but there are also bad days that will destroy the week - if we let them. I will never buy another car any where else.

I was looking at buying a used vehicle from a private party, talked to Ray (Service Manager) and ask if he would check it for me, he agreed to do so. He gave me an honest estimate of the vehicle and how much it would cost to correct the problem as well as how much he thought the vehicle was worth. I did buy the vehicle. I took the vehicle to them & they made the repairs. Although the repairs were more than he estimated he honored his estimate. I have since been back and still get the Great Service. The service I got from Ray and his crew is the reason I am looking to purchase a Dodge for my wife.

Sales=Poor, Service=Don't Know, bought there=No, scv_there=No,
Went to dealership to get some ideas on prices and what kind of offers they were running. I was greeted by a "newbie" saleswoman who was very uncooperative to say the least. I had visited 3 other dealerships the same day who were more than happy to give me a hypothetical monthly payment. However, this dealership refused to talk unless they ran my credit. What a shame! And to think, I was leaning toward Dodge before this. To sum it up in one word, RUDE!!!

Took the new truck in (at 6,200 miles) at Courtesy Dodge in Whitfield Co GA. Made an appointment last Thursday for today, Tuesday. I dropped truck off at 8:30 a.m. and made the fella aware of the problems: 1. Driver's window is slow and skips/moans when lowered. 2. Center console doesn't close properly...requires a good slam right in the middle- far different from my buddies '01 1500 3. Wipers skip on dry windshield (or on 3rd run after spray)..usually not going all the way back down..short by 2 inches or so. 4. 2 lowest clips for left rear fenderwell liner have come out, causing loose liner. I call at 3:00 and they still haven't even gotten it in yet. Fuming, I say I'll be there at 5:00. Upon arriving at 5:00, MY TRUCK HADN"T MOVED FROM WHERE I PARKED IT THAT AM! They said they were backed up, only had 2 technicians, etc. Bottom line- My truck ain't fixed.
