I had no problems with the sales department! All sales employees were friendly. They found the truck I wanted and worked with me to get a sale. The service department is another story. I've had several problems with the truck (NEW! Now has only 12,000 miles on it.) The service manager is rude to me every time I call or show up for an appointment. He seems to have a very condescending attitude, and seems aggravated to have to deal with me. I will not deal with this service department any more. My truck is still not fixed, nor does it seem like they know or want to find out what the problem is. It has been skipping and losing power for the last 3-4 months, off and on. The roof was leaking (haven't noticed that lately, guess they fixed it), and it is incredibly difficult to get into 4LO.
