The turn over of personnel in sales, both used and new makes it impossible to establish any kind of relationship with a sales person. The last batch of sales associates had no knowledge of any of the Dodge line up other than that printed in brochures.
Service Dept------ Oh Gawd....instead of diagnosing a problem in your vehicle the so called technician wants to immediately replace your $400 ++ Power Management Computer, but will not put your original back in your vehicle if that fails to cure your problem. this has happened to me 3 times in this service dept, starting in 1997 when I originally took in my 1988 Dodge Dynasty, after diagnosing it all my self AFTER my visit it turned out to be an $80 part in the distributor...problem solved and car ran like new again. PARTS DEPT.......BEST PART of this organization......everytime I have gone in to get something for any 1 of my many Dodge vehicles, if they did not have on shelf, I had ON THE DAY they said it would be in from warehouse. The folks behind the counter KNOW their parts and how to use their parts catalogs......USE THEM FREELY and often and save money on repairs.

I called to make an appt. for the recall on my 05 durango in April (nothing was wrong with it at the time). They set up a date and time. Looked at the car then said they didn't have the parts (even though they knew they would HAVE to fix it before I even brought it in). Came back on the next appt day. Early morning and they didn't want to finish it that day. But we insisted because we needed it back. The first time that I used the wipers, a month and a half later because it didn't rain, they broke. Jammed against each other. I wasn't able to take it in immediately. Now it's been 4 months since the motor for the wipers was replaced and they are telling me that because they didn't mess with the "transmission" to the wipers that they won't fix it unless I pay a HUGE amount of money ! However, I contacted the customer service line and she called them and they told her that because it had been so long that they didn't think they should be responsible for it. I'm severely disappointed with this dealership. It has made me question my "dream family car" purchase !!!!!

Service personnel are very good at their job. Always very clean with my truck, no spilled oil, etc. Also they repaired my daughter's Jeep Grand Cherokee with an oil leak, transmission repair, electronic components. I saw no head scratching as though they didn't know how to correct a problem. (under 100,000 warranty) The sales people are very much informed about the vehicles they sale. I saw no high pressure or sales people trying to sell you something that you don't want when they didn't have stocked what you were looking for.

Have taken vehicle there on 9 different occasions and most of the time have heard "Cannot duplicate" or "What you are hearing is normal." Was told at one time that my vehicle was acting up due to "Driver error" by one of the technicians. That was most definitely uncalled for. In my honest opinion that dealership does not deserve to be a "Five Star" dealership.
