Took my 01' Ram in for service. Wells hardly looked at the problems I mentioned.
They told me at time of pickup that all these problems were normal operation,
basically acting like I didn't know what I was talking about. I left there took
it straight to another Chrysler dealer and had 3 problems fixed that Wells ignored.
Two of them were TSB's.
Transmission had valve body replaced then the trans was changed out but after
both repairs has continued to slip.

Knowledgeable sales staff even on used vehicles. Good administration staff.

I have bought 5 cars & trucks from Wells and have never had a problem with
them for sales or service. I went back to them after service problems with my
4X4 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited which the service department at Allen Jay could
not fix or keep on the road I will never buy from Alan Jay again.

I took my truck to them with several minor complaints. After speaking with the
Service Manager he told me all complaints were normal. Basically implying I
didn't know what I was talking about. I knew before leaving my truck they were
not going to bother trying to fix the problems. Upon picking up my truck without
any repairs being made I immediately drove it to Alan Jay Chrysler in Sebring.
They were very professional and found two TSB's on the problems I was experiencing.
I will not go back to Wells.
