Sales: Use of poor sale strategies, rude and not well trained.
Tech-dept: Advisers forgot or never took a customer service course. Bad habits
like talking on the phone and use of Personal Cell conversation while talking
to me. Long Waiting time to do a registration. Unhappy and miserable employees.
I went to do an oil change and by the time they took care of me I was upset
and tired of waiting, I left without using their services.

Sales=Avoid, Service=Fair,
These rude, disrespectful, and dishonest people will never have to worry about
me spending another penny at their dealership. I had leased a vehicle with them
in '99, and when it was time for the contract to expire, I went in to discuss
options, as I was contemplating getting another vehicle, but was ok with the
one I had been driving, too. Well, they went so far out of their way to cheat
me that I walked out as 2 of the sales associates were arguing in front of me
about which one of them snagged me first! And,(stupid me), I had brought the
copy of the contract that I had of the lease, and wanted to know what the payments
would be on the payoff price. Well, one of the associates kept going back and
forth with my contract, and when he came back and handed it to me, HE HAD ERASED
THE ORIGINAL BUYOUT PRICE AND TYPED IN A HIGHER ($4,000 HIGHER) AMOUNT!! And,
the sales manager went along with it, not to mention he totally lied to me about
why Chrysler wasn't showing up on my credit ratings. It seems that when I leased
the vehicle, they wanted me to have a co-signer due to nothing in my credit
history. At the time they assured me that the payment history would be reflected
on both of our credit histories. Well that was a lie. I found out that they
really only submitted the co-signer's info to Chrysler, aka, they did double
paperwork, aka, they cheated me. They got $5,000 down and I paid on time every
month for 3 years, and then at the end they told me "It's ok, WE know you paid
it. You're credit is good HERE. You can get any vehicle you want with US"!!!!!!
Am I the only person that thinks this is WRONG!!!!!!???? The sales associates
at Palmetto Potamkin are the most arrogant, rude, cheating, lying, no-habla-Ingles-when
they wanna talk about cheating you in front of you, as if you don't know what
they're talking about, pieces of pond scum in the business, and they can kiss
my butt goodbye forever.
